Bergamot Gin

No.5 Bergamot Gin is the culmination of years of refinement and experimentation. Rare bergamot rind — the soul of Earl Grey tea — is paired with dried hibiscus flowers for a gin of extraordinary elegance and complexity.

The nose is floral and perfumed, the palate citrus-bright with a rose-water depth, and the finish is long and silky. This is Nordic River at its most ambitious.
